Balham House

A recently renovated four bedroom house in the heart of Balham. The client wanted a space they can entertain in, so we completely stripped out the ground floor to allow for open-plan living. We moved the kitchen and Dining Area from the front of the house to the back, leading out to the Garden. We did seperate the sitting room from the kitchen/dining using a glass panelled wall with double doors, allowing the option to close off the spaces, or to leave it open from the front door through to the back door and garden. The house boasts high ceilings and traditional architectural features, which we kept. The house is light and colourful.
